Compared to HSS and HSS-E circular saw blades, significantly higher cutting speeds are possible, and longer tool life is achieved. Compared to carbide-tipped circular saw blades, not only are much higher tooth counts feasible, but also significantly narrower cutting widths, ensuring better material utilization.

When using solid carbide (VHM) circular saw blades, it is crucial to ensure a stable, play-free clamping situation for both the saw blade and the workpiece to prevent tool breakage.

With our extensive standard program, we offer suitable designs for all common applications on the market. In addition, we produce customized designs for any special applications or custom machines. Custom-made solutions are available in a diameter range from 15-350 mm, with thicknesses from 0.15-10 mm (depending on the diameter).
