· 1.2235 Chrome-Vanadium steel (Standard)
· 1.2604 Tungsten molybdenum steel
Lateral faces:
· Hollow ground (Standard)
· Plane ground
Surface:
· Bright finished (Standard)
· Hard chronium layer to avoid material build ups and to increase
the surface hardness
Tooth shapes:
· Fricition saw tooth (Standard)
· Pendulum tooth 30°/30° for bigger wall thicknesses or
materials with higher material strenght
· Special tooth forms on request
Cutting parameters:
· Cutting speed: 90 - 120 m/s
· Forward feed: 300 x 6000 mm/min
· Cooling: without
Heat treatment:
Entire saw blade hardened and tempered
